The Organizational Profile is a document used to collect detailed information on your leadership attributes and human resource policies, practices and benefits.
Once your application has been approved, you will receive the Organizational Profile form. Fill in with as much detail as possible and return to us.
Supporting documentation such as brochures, Powerpoint presentations, strategic plans etc, may be included with your submission.
This portion of the assessment accounts for 50% of the overall evaluation score.
